Marine Systems Modelling is an independent consultancy offering a comprehensive range of modelling services for the marine renewables industry. It was founded by Joseph van ‘t Hoff, building on the experience he gained in the wave energy industry through his PhD at the Marine Research Group at Queen’s University Belfast and his work at Aquamarine Power.
Through close cooperation with ex-colleagues from Aquamarine Power a full range of development services can be provided.
Marine Systems Modelling has been involved in a number of projects for clients in the wave and tidal industry, including projects funded by Wave Energy Scotland under the Control Systems, Novel Wave Energy Converter (NWEC) and Power Take Off (PTO) technologies calls.
